Postpartum Village
Postpartum Village was created as a tool to uplift and strengthen the rich and vibrant postpartum support resources in each local community. It is our goal to illuminate the resources that already exist and create an easy to access network of care for healthcare providers, families, new parents, and birth professionals alike.

Postpartum Village aspires to assist every postpartum family to build a supportive community by empowering families with the knowledge, tools, and connections they need to thrive during the first postpartum year—ultimately improving maternal and infant health outcomes across New Mexico and beyond.

The mission of Postpartum Village is to assist new parents to reclaim the community support and resources our ancestors enjoyed during the critical first postpartum year. Our website, app, blog, and podcast seek to link new parents to tools, tips, and evidence-based strategies to optimize support for early parenting. They say it takes a village, so we plan to help each new family build the supportive community they deserve.

Over a decade of experience serving families.
Our team has been serving families for over a decade in midwifery, postpartum, neonatal intensive care nursing, breastfeeding, doula work, ayurveda, nutrition, and grief and bereavement care.

Generational New Mexican and midwife with a passion for supporting postpartum families.
